BANNER CONTEST

As you can probably see, we've a lovely little banner at the top of our site which was made by 'Foot's lovely friend. However, it's about time we replace the temporary banner with one of our own. And to do so, it's time for a banner contest!

So, you're interested in entering?

-RULES-

1. The banner MUST be your own creation.

2. Banner should be roughly 800 X 290. A little bit larger is fine, but try to stay near that size.

3. Banner can be either a photo manipulation or a drawing of your own (digital, traditional, etc).

4. If you are going to do a manip, remember that the photos you use MUST be free to use images or you must have permission from the photographer to use them.

5. You must have the pack's name on the banner.

6. Try to keep the pack's 'themes' in mind. For examples, the ocean, pacific rainforest, pack color scheme, etc.

7. Having your signature (as in initials or dA sig) on the banner is fine, as long as it's not too big and obnoxious. If I think your signature is too large I will ask you to shrink it.

8. You may submit up to two entries.

-HOW TO SUBMIT-

Once your entry is complete, save it in a .jpg (or similiar) file and send it to me (Blackfoot) via PM (preferably on the site). Once the deadline comes around, entries will be posted on a separate topic for members to view and vote on. The top three entries will be selected for a final vote.



-PRIZES-

Yes, that's right! Prizes!

Second and third place receive an avatar commission from Blackfoot
First place will receive a free commission from yours truly and have their banner displayed on the site.

Many photos you find on google are often fine to use for personal purposes. Unless it specifies somewhere that you may not use the image, I'm pretty sure it's okay. I'd recommend checking out stock photos on deviantart instead. You can find some pretty spectacular photos there. Dawntheives is also an excellent place to check out. Top place to go if you need free-use wolf photos.
